The growth of kettlebell sport in Europe
Kettlebell sport is an endurance and strength discipline that has gained popularity in recent years in various European countries. The practice consists of performing repetitive movements with competition kettlebells for a determined period, testing technique, cardiovascular capacity, and muscular endurance.
Although the sport is well-established in regions like Eastern Europe, in Spain it is still in an expansion phase. Events like the Kettlebell Sport Open seek to bring this discipline closer to the public and create an increasingly broad community of athletes and practitioners.
